4 day work week

Earlier this year we began considering shifting to a 4 day work week here at Savvy.  The reasons are compelling:  We'll save energy by not running equipment and HVAC systems, our staff will save fuel by commuting less and everyone will appreciate the additional time off.  The downside is a potential drop in customer service and support.

We've decided that the time has come, and effective August 1 our office hours will be 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Thursday.  We will have a support team member monitoring support@besavvy.com on Fridays for any support requests that come up.  We'll be working hard to ensure that our customer support remains our highest priority.
